Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary to clarify the Issues concerning the Scandal in "Artek" International Children's Center.
Giving answers to the journalist questions, V. Lytvyn informed that he had made an inquiry concerning relevant materials to the Ministry on Internal Affairs and also received documents regarding this case form Omelchenko Hryhoriy Omelianovych, the People´s Deputies of Ukraine in order to perceive the full picture.
V. Lytvyn giving the answers regarding the work of the parliament during the next week declared: "Scandals would be for certain and besides resonance ones, consequently it would mark the work of the Verkhovna Rada." Irrespectively of the investigation results the Chairman proclaimed that "the "Artek" case finally destroyed the authority of the Verkhovna Rada and spoilt the image of Ukraine."
He stressed that deems necessary to clarify the Issues concerning the scandal in "Artek" international children's center.
As it was informed, today V. Lytvyn stays with the working visit in Zhytomyr region where he would meet the citizens of Berdychiv town and would participate in grand meting of the Zhytomyr Franko University personnel.
